Parish Council meetings

Currently the Parish Council meets in Pakenham Village Hall at approximately monthly intervals, usually on the third Thursday of the month, starting at 7.30pm. Any variations will be noted.

The agenda for each meeting is published on this website and the notice-board outside the village hall and at Grimstone End.

Parishioners are always welcome to attend meetings and may raise any matters of concern during the Public Forum. 

By request, an item may be added to a forthcoming meeting agenda for formal discussion. It is advisable, in these circumstances, to speak with one of the Councillors or the Clerk beforehand.

Extra meetings are called when necessary; dates, times and venue will  be advertised on this website and on the village noticeboards.

The dates of scheduled meeting in 2026 are as follows:

Thursday 15th January at 7.30pm in The Pavilion

Thursday 19th February at 7.30pm in The Pavilion

Thursday 19th March at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

Thursday 16th April at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

Thursday 21st May Annual Parish Meeting starting at 7pm followed by the Annual Parish Council Meeting in the Village Hall

Thursday 18th June at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

Thursday 16th July at 7.30pm in the Village Hall

There will be no meeting in August

Planning meetings may be called as necessary. These dates will be posted on the notice-boards and the website.
